Country Sisters - Lucy (vocal, electric guitar)

Lucka started learning guitar on her own in kinderkarten. She was attending folk music school since she was 10 and started writing songs at the age of 12. She was a three-time finalist of the national contest "Folkovy Kvitek" for songwriters under 18. She got the 2nd prize in the audience voting and 3rd prize as a solo artist. She also contributed to the CD from the event. Lucka was also a finalist of the national contest "Detska Porta", in which the audience voted her the winner. When she was 17, she joined the bluegrass band "Novi Farmari" and played at numerous festivals and events all over the Czech Republic. She has played with the Country Sisters since 2003. Lucka graduated from the High School of Applied Arts for Glassmaking in Zelezny Brod and she has been still involved in this art in her free time.
